you need a plan
Anyone can yell at you and have you do a million burpees that makes you so sore you can barely walk, but what’s the point?
There has to be a method to the madness. My programs are structured to progress you towards your ultimate goal. I take pride in my programs, and aim to keep them engaging and effective,
simple. but not easy.
Training should be safe. Nothing slows progress more than an injury. Training can be engaging without wobbling on a bosu ball whilst trying to perform circus tricks.
