Every-body is different, but no matter who you are or what you do, I follow steadfast principles that apply to you.
The shortcut is in doing the work.
EXPERT TRAINING PROGRAMS.
Anyone can yell at you and have you do a million burpees that makes you so sore you can barely walk, but what’s the point?
There has to be a method.
My programs are structured to progress you towards your goal. I take pride in my ability to write effective and suitable programs after over 12 years of working in this industry. I have successfully helped hundreds of people from CEOs and stay at home parents to armed forces personnel, actors and models.
“Don’t confuse a hard workout
with effective training”
NO GIMMICKS.
Training that’s simple. but not easy.
Training should be safe. Nothing slows progress more than an injury. Training can be engaging without wobbling on a bosu ball whilst trying to perform circus tricks.
If your goal is to change the way you look and feel in a sustainable way, drop me a line and let’s get started.
A little about my back story to give you some context behind my training philosophy…
I’m 34 years old and have been a trainer since I was 22—an experience that’s shaped me in more ways than I could have imagined. I was first introduced to strength training when I was 15 when I was a basketball player in high school and my goal was to stave off injuries and to enjoy playing.
Joint-friendly exercises, health, and longevity have always been the foundation of my training programs. That’s probably what sets me apart from many other trainers. Personally, I prefer to be lean (but strong) rather than big and bulky, and that’s also the kind of clientele I tend to attract (not bodybuilders).
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training a wide range of people—high-performance athletes, actors, models, special forces personnel, CEOs, stay-at-home parents, and just about everyone in between.
I work with a lot of men who share similar physique and performance goals to mine, as well as many women who want to look toned—a word some trainers roll their eyes at, but let’s be honest, we all know what it means.
So, if any of that resonates with you, I think you’re really going to enjoy my training. If not, no hard feelings—you can always take a page from one of my favorite training icons, Bruce Lee: ‘Absorb what is useful, discard what is not.’
