About Me
I’m a Personal Trainer based in Surrey and Central London. I returned to the UK after several years of living and working abroad. Whilst working at a prestigious health club in NYC, I was inspired to further my education to become a better trainer, and have since trained as an Osteopath.
Personal Training
My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. I believe everybody is different and your training should reflect that. No matter who you are or what you do, I have steadfast principles that apply to everyone. I believe moving better and getting stronger will change your life. If you want to change the way you look (add muscle or lose body fat) strength training, alongside rest and a nutritious diet, is the shortcut.
Services
I am qualified in, and enjoy using lots of different methods of training. Whether learning to swing a kettlebell or run a marathon. I take a sensible approach to empower my clients with the tools they can use to change their life and become a stronger and fitter version of themselves.
I provide manual therapy (such as sports massage and osteopathic/ articulations and techniques) for pain relief and to aid in recovery from injury. I also find manual therapy useful in improving movement; which can help with exercise and day to day activity.
