What to expect…

During your initial consultation, I’ll conduct a health assessment that examines every system in your body—from the cardiovascular to the muscular and nervous systems. If you haven't had your blood pressure or other basic clinical tests checked recently, we may perform these assessments to ensure we have a complete picture of your health.

Next we'll review your injury together with all the information available to design a personalised, holistic treatment plan. I’ll incorporate hands on manual therapy to relieve pain and improve your movement in the sessions.

Combining hands-on treatment, targeted lifestyle changes and exercise, we can reduce or even eliminate your pain, empowering you to enjoy life to the fullest.
